You can find out Tracking Information about your order by simply inserting your Tracking Number in the box below. You can find your Tracking Number by checking the Shipping Confirmation email received from us after the processing time.

If your tracking number shows as unavailable and couldn't be identified, please understand that everything is alright with your order. This means that your package has left our warehouse but the tracking number usually updates in 3-5 days after the first event.

If you are facing any type of issues during this process, please email our support immediately at footsshopbusiness@gmail.com and ask for Tracking Information.

Please keep in mind that not all of our inventory is stored in a single place. We are working with multiple designers and private suppliers from Europe and the United States, and we also own three warehouses in different parts of the world.

When you purchase multiple products in a single order, please be aware that your products will arrive in different packages and maybe a few days apart, and this is completely a normal process.

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA:

  • 2-5 business days average processing time;
  • 10-20 business days average shipping period (the shipping time may be affected if one of the ordered items is in very high demand or if there are any holidays going on);

THE UNITED KINGDOM, CANADA & AUSTRALIA:

  • 2-5 business days average processing time;
  • 10-20 business days average shipping period (the shipping time may be affected if one of the ordered items is in very high demand or if there are any holidays going on);

OTHER COUNTRIES:

  • 2-5 business days average processing time;
  • 10-25 business days average shipping period (the shipping time is also affected if one of the ordered items is in very high demand;

Please be aware that any order can, however, take more than 20 business days to arrive, depending on many factors, such as holidays, products ordered, location, etc.

Note: The process can take a little longer for products that are in high demand, and/or also during the busy Christmas period.
